退款政策

Return Policy
We accept easily returns only within 7 days from the delivery date arrival DHL confirmation and after prior approval.
To request a return, email us at art@carlospun.com with:
  • Order number
  • Photos and videos of the artwork and packaging upon delivery
  • Reason for the return
Without this documentation and approval, no returns will be accepted.
Condition Requirements:
To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in:
  • The exact same condition as received (there are pictures and videos on how is shipped the painting at the beginning)
  • With no scratches, marks, dents, or damage.
  • Inside the original packaging and protective materials
  • Properly sealed and protected for international transit
If the artwork returns damaged due to improper repackaging, the refund will be automatically denied.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Clear photos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
This protects you and helps us resolve the issue with the carrier.
Issues reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For business, authenticity, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Custom commissions / personalized artworks
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork:
  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • If the artwork arrives damaged, improperly packaged, or altered, the refund will be denied.
  • Shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (both ways). IMPORTANT*
  • *DHL or the carrier will provide the official invoice for shipping charges.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for:
  • Correct repackaging of the artwork
  • Safe return transit
  • Paying all shipping costs, duties, or customs fees associated with the return
We strongly recommend to communicate the issue with us before sending the artwork back it could trigger double tax custom fees.
