1. Processing Time
1.1 Original Paintings
Original artworks typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
This time includes:
  • Final quality inspection
  • Certificate of Authenticity
  • Varnish curing (twice for best painting protection)
  • Professional packaging and protection
1.2 Prints
Prints ship within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Commissions / Custom Art
Processing time varies according to the project and will be communicated directly to the collector.
Custom works do not ship until fully completed and approved 100% by collector (when applicable).

2. Packaging
All artworks are packed using professional, gallery-grade materials, which may include:
  • Heavy-duty art crate
  • Protective bubble wraps
  • Water Splash film protection
  • Security labels for secure shipping transit
Large paintings and certain international shipments may require extra custom protection for maximum safety.

3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using:
  • DHL Express (international preferred)
  • Local couriers for Peru-based deliveries
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Times
Average transit times:
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 5–14 business days
  • Latin America: 3–12 business days
These are estimates — carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
  • Customs duties
  • VAT
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees
These charges are NOT included in the price of the artwork and are the customer’s sole responsibility. After shipping 400+ artworks we have a very good knowledge about this. 
We cannot control:
  • Customs inspection times
  • Additional fees
  • Clearance delays
  • Local tax regulations
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

6. Shipping Insurance
All original artworks are shipped fully insured for their value.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will:
  1. File a claim with the carrier
  2. Assist you with documentation
  3. We take care of our art collectors , they are first

    Damage claims require:
  • Photos of the box
  • Photos of the artwork
  • Unboxing video (recommended / required for full coverage)

7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your artwork upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at:

You must send:
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  • Description of the issue
We will evaluate the claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damage caused by improper unpacking is not covered.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package is considered lost only when the carrier confirms it.
We are not responsible for:
  • Delays due to customs
  • Delays due to carrier issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier-related disruptions (weather, strikes, restrictions, holidays)
If a package becomes lost, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the case asap.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
  • Customer must pay reshipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

10. Signature Required
High-value original artworks may require signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

11. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Countries currently restricted by DHL/FedEx regulations

12. Returns & Exchanges
All returns must follow our Refund Policy.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original artworks and custom commissions are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
